We have partnered with one of Fiji and New Zealand's premier Team Building companies to bring you some structured and world class options to your team building activities (as well as our more basic range!)

This is one of our favourite Team Building activities as it resonates with our forebearers, who like Moana sailed the seas in a Drua, discovering lands far and wide and trading goods. Let your team become their own island explorers, and craft up a sailing vessel made from cardboard, then let them bond while setting sail! This activity helps staff understand that with a strong sense of teamwork and determination that even the seemingly impossible is possible! Also great for photo opportunities!
Flat Out Afloat acknowledges our forebearers, and offers an unique and creative spin on the Fijian classic team activity of bili bili (raft) building, resulting in a very Bula team experience for all demographics of your team, from water enthusiasts, to the kind that love being on dry land. The program is designed to help your team manage resources more effectively, employ delegation in the working environment, follow detailed instructions and plans all the while having fun on both land and sea creating a (hopefully) water tight cardboard sailing vessel, and be the first to pass the finish line
Once our Drua (boats) are finished we then look to nominate our Kavetanis (captains) and first mates, these will be the 2 most sea worthy of team members to head out into the open waters, and claim the teams ultimate victory! This activity while very much driven from the sea, is great as it requires a team to also remain on land and cheer their captains and first mates on..... All course rules will be explained by our events co-ordinators before the great race takes off!

ISLAND GAMES

Join us for an Island adventure like no other as we embrace the Bula spirit of Fij (after all its what we came to paradise for!) From coconut bowling to crafting cocktails, and even being taught the meke (traditional Fijian dance) its time bond the team together with some lighthearted and island inspired acttivies

As we all cannot have missed for seasons now and all over the world, Fiji has been the home of Survivor season in and season out. so what better way to challenge your team than our version of your company's own battle to outwit, outplay, and outlast your rival tribes in this outdoor, recreation-style team event, themed off the hit TV Show(s) that have aired around the globe from our sunny shores for many years now!
Just the same as on TV, the ultimate goal during the series of challenges is to earn the Immunity Idol, and just like the show this is achieved by the completion of some tasks and the winning of other challenges. Some of our activities take a unique island spin on on of our most famous location series', and further activities can be adapted to suit your location, demographic and fitness of your group. Rest assured Survivor is a fully inclusive team event where all team members can participate throughout and no one is voted off or sent home (aka back to their hotel room!) halfway through…..
In the same format as the show, as we head into the last Tribal Council, your company tribes will battle it out in a winner take all sudden-death elimination-style quiz. This is where immunity idols come in as a clear advantage allowing some groups to head straight through to the next round – but its still an anyone can take out, edge of your seat kinda event, as everyone is still in with a chance for victory as we keep going until our Island champions are found!
