our Story
Sangeeta, the founder of eventsfiji.co, was born in Fiji and spent her childhood in Nadi before moving to Sydney in 1987.
She has extensive experience in IT sales and marketing, as well as channel distribution in Sydney and the UK.
Her deep love for Fiji and its people brought her back to the country in 2013.
In 2022 the owner of The Projects Collective Fiji, Laura Cahir, bought the business off Sangeeta as it ties in well with the current bridal/ wedding and corporate customers she has coming through her doors.
Being super passionate of all things Fijian made and ensuring her customers get the full Bula experience every time, moving to the events side of the industry was a natural progression for her and her business.
