TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

 
When should I book?

It's advised that you book your event about at least 6-10 months in advance. However if you've just arrived and have nothing planned - check with us for availability for the various hens party ideas in Fiji and what to do for your pre-wedding activities.

 

Do I need exact numbers to book?

No we don't the exact numbers for you to make a booking. All we need is deposit of 2 pax to secure the date and your hens party, bucks party or pre-post wedding cruise or your team building Fiji event.  Then the rest payable 4 weeks prior to your event date. Please note that some events have a minimum number of guests.

 
How do I book and pay?

Complete the booking form. We will contact you as soon as possible to work through your requirements. We need a deposit of 2 pax to secure your booking, then a final payment is required 4 weeks prior to your event date. Note that we cannot take payment for individuals, the party organiser would need to make a single payment.

 

We accept EFT payment via on-line bankiing.

 

What currency are the prices in?

All prices are in AUD and inclusive of all applicable taxes (up to 25%).

 

How can the bride & groom get to go FREE?

When there are 15 paying guests (adults), then the bride can go free! So the 16th adult is free. This is applicable on certain hens and bucks party packages, please check package details for more information.

 

What is your refund and cancellation policy

A non-refundable deposit AU$500 or 2 pax is required to secure your booking. Once final payment is made, no refunds are provided for cancellations within 30 days of event or no shows. For cancellation outside of 30 days, the cancellation fees will be AU$500. For all cruises and charters - if we cannot proceed due to adverse weather conditions, full refund is provided only within 30 days after your event date. If we cannot provide an alternative day/charter for your group then you may choose another Event/Package for the same value or lower or an alternate acitivity/tour which we can work with you. There is no refund once the event is carried out.

 

Can I swap packages?

Yes it  is possible for you to swap packages - no later than 30 days prior to the event and it is dependent on availability.

All images/photographs as part of our packages/events/parties are copyrighted by Events Fiji. Events Fiji reserves the right to use images taken for reproductions for display, publication, and other purposes to promote the business.

 

Pricing

All our packages are priced in AUD. Prices are subject to change without notice due to supplier and currency fluctuations. If you have secured your event via a deposit and the event is in greater than 3 months, the final amount may be subject to currency fluctuations and may vary.
